My nearest dealer is Audi of Beverly Hills but I have been less than satisfies with their service department (cramped service space..careless techs, car comes back with scuff marks). My other options are Keys Audi and Audi of Santa Monica. Any recommendations?

I live in Westwood/Brentwood drove to Audi Pacific to service my S3. Highly recommend Francisco in service. I was referred to him by another member and was very happy with the service and quality of work form this dealer. Not I leased my S3 from Keyes but know dealers on this side of town aren't always the easiest or best to work with for routine service.

I haven't found a good place yet in West LA, but i know to avoid Beverly Hills Audi...Ya.. BH Audi is supposed to be building a new service station down by 10FWY, but the current space is horrendous. Last time I was there, the small service area was packed with cars and I saw techs sliding between cars holding parts and tools. No wonder customers' cars get dinged up.

That's great, I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them. I sent you a PM with more details. Looks like you have an S3. Maybe we will see each other driving around.

Santa Monica Audi works best for me logistically since i'm commuting from Calabasas to Century City. Any good/bad experiences at Santa Monica Audi?

Anyone have experience at either Keyes Van Nuys or Rusnak Pasadena?

I have been to Keyes Van Nuys and they are pretty good in there. The service manager is a nice guy and will help you out as best he can.

I've gone to Keyes a few times and their service guys are really friendly, helpful and very informative. No issues with my cars after I get them back. They are good with loaners and never had an issue getting one. They dont push hard on "extra" services needed and they don't get offended if you turn it down.

SM Audi service if more convenient for me to get to because of work, but their service pricing is much higher than Keyes and are really aggressive in pushing services you dont need.

Happy with my first experience at Keyes last week. Took my car in for its 35K service and a weird noise. Luckily I had video of the sound, and once I showed it to them, they worked with Audi to get authorization to repair it since it wasn't throwing any codes. Audi was a bit slow to respond so including the weekend they had my car for almost 6 days, but as far as I can tell that was more on Audi than on Keyes. Ultimately replaced the secondary water pump. Had a loaner the entire time too so only real issue was missing my car.

At Keyes Lexus, the service advisor was pushing hard on extras services like his salary was dependent on it.

Thanks for the feedback! And sorry for jacking the thread for a moment!

Does everyone wait for the 9k-10k miles or change oil before then?

Avoid Rusnak. They gave me lots of crap about my mods, and almost didn't want to service my car. When I used to go to McKenna, they had no issues with my mods, and never got flagged TD1.

Had my S3 serviced at Audi Pacific this morning. Worth the extra 15 mile drive. Experience was much better than Audi of Beverly Hills.

I did my 1st oil change (DIY) at 3K miles. Very easy to do with an oil extractor (purchased from ECS).

For 2016 model year Audi, I believe the 1st oil change is 5K miles.

Glad you felt the same as me. Worth the drive in my opinion.

Yup. Def don't recommend Bev Hills Audi service unless you're into wasting money.

I took my A4 to SM Audi a few times for schedules service. They were fine. I appreciated that the service manager called me before plugging my car in to make sure it didn't have a tune on it.
