I noticed audi made some interesting option changes for 2017 and even more interesting for 2018. Looks like now the competition 340hp is standard now. Bang and olufsen is no longer an option and outside of the V8 you can damn there get an S7 in A7 build. A7 now has rear sport diff, sport seats(as in 2017) suede interior trimmings just no v8 and air suspension. Maybe audi is trying out different things in prep for the remodel!

Interesting. Surprised the Bang O system has been discontinued. I know many didn't see the systems value as worth 5k but there still are people who like and willingly go for the system.

Yea I have b and o but I purchased it preowned. Probably wouldn't opt for it if I had leased the car new.

Precisely. This will be the last C7 model year and they are loading it up with extras (for example, you forgot to mention that LED headlights are standard in P+ trim now) to move as many as they can. The last year of the model is the always the lowest sales volume so Audi is doing what it always does to counter this. Next year when the C8 specs come out you will see that all of the fun stuff, every bit of it, will be an add on option. Then as it goes though it's life cycle each year things that was options will become standard until the last year when they throw it all in there.
If you've always wanted a C7 this year is a great time to snatch one up.
