Curious if anyone has been able to successfully fix this? Searched some posts and it looks like a bunch of members have thrown parts at the problem as it is not something that happens on a regular basis.
Appears to be related to the throttle body - but nothing definitive. Ranged from diverter valves to climate control units, to vacuum issues with no one reporting the actual solution, or if anything like what they were throwing at the problem fixed it.
Yesterday I had replaced my supercharger aux waterpump. I had to perform a full system relearn (for lack of better words) to clear the code which was successful. This morning I turned my car on and the code came up. I have seen this in the past (at least over a year ago), cleared it and it never came back till today (from my understanding some errors need to have xx times for the code to trigger a CEL). So it is likely due to the reset, and wasn't immediate as it needed to generate xx faults.
Any thoughts suggestions? I am on the cusp of wanting to trade in the car - and not sure if this will push me over the edge.

That thread might help you out ! The OP states that a vacuum line on his intake was simply not hooked up, causing his car to throw the code up !

Thanks, I saw this and will start there. It's easy enough to follow back and make sure there isn't any build up. It's such an intermittent problem with CEL not always coming on that I have a feeling it will be a PITA find / fix

The "intake air flap" is the bypass valve on the supercharger, 100% for sure. I had to deal with the p10a6 code which no one seemed to know anything about and square one was determining what the hell it even was. All those other things you listed that it may be have their own distinct codes easily identified as such (i.e. Throttle body codes are listed as throttle body, this isn't a new and obscure naming convention for the tb) but I thought the same thing until I narrowed it down. The only solution to the p10a6 I found was to replace the valve and no issues came back since. Not a super expensive or hard to reach part but all the same I hope it something simple like a hose coming loose for you. Good luck.

I missed this post because I had a panic of severe oil burning on the weekend you posted so had the car in the shop before my next road trip.
Had the PCV valve and a hose connecting to it replaced and oddly I haven't got the CEL after 800 km driving on the weekend. I will keep a close eye on it, but would have been smart of me to replace the bypass valve on the supercharger while I had it off.
Is this something I can change without removing the supercharge for future reference?

Yes. It's right on the top, 7 machine screw and pulls right off. It's immediately under where the vacuum taps from companies such as ECS tuning sell. If you follow their instruction (you can find them usually under "docs" on the product page on their site) to the point right before installing the vac tap spacer, all you have to do is remove the wiring connector and pull the valve up and off. It looks just like a second throttle body. It'll stick a little probably as the seal may have slightly bonded with the charger from countless heat cycles. Takes 10 minutes with the right tool, they're torx screws, even for the most inexperienced wrencher.
Also, just to be clear, I was trying to say that the term "intake sir flapper" is definitely the bypass valve and not the throttle body, intake runner, or countless other things that I and others had contemplated before finding a definitive answer. I wasn't trying to say you had the same problem as me or that you have a failed valve, you had a different code than I did and weird things like a vacuum leak can cause all sorts of weird codes. Smart ecu's but they can still get confused. Hopefully you got the problem worked out. If you replaced a vac hose in the PCV system, you most likely had the same issue as the other poster with the disconnected hose on the intake (iirc). Glad you seem to have gotten it worked out; hopefully it doesn't come back for you, man. Good luck!

Hey guys, is there any way to test the supercharger bypass valve? I have only the P10A7 code (also P0420 but I'm sure they're unrelated) The car runs perfectly so I have a hard time believing the bypass valve is faulty. Thanks for any help!
Also, I believe the bypass valve was already replaced (with a used one though..) by previous owner like 6 months ago.

Hey dude,
Are you talking about replacing the entire supercharger bypass valve? Just want to make sure, the original part is $640. I have this code, however, I am not noticing any issues.

I have these codes P10A400, P014100 and P10A000 and I just ordered the Supercharger bypass valve as that is what my Tuner said it was. I will keep you posted. I know what you mean about being pushed over the edge.
