View Full Version : Break-in period oil change

I have a 2017 S3 that is about to hit 1,000 miles. I was going to change the oil but am not sure if it is a good idea. Do Audi vehicles use a special oil for the initial break-in of the vehicle? Should I change the oil now or wait until I hit 1 year old or 5,000 miles? I will only be driving the vehicle 4,000 miles a year.

JSYK, if your search "maintenance" on audiusa.com, the first link will take you to a page with all maintenance schedules - including the 2018 models. There is one page that only goes up to 2017.
