Hello all,
So, I recently moved to Austin, TX from Illinois. There is no emission testing in Illinois so I put a full turbo-back (catless) exhaust on, and now I am trying to pass emissions here and they won't even look at it...
From what I had heard, I could still pass emissions here despite running a test pipe so does anyone have any recommendations on what shop I should take my car to so I can get it passed? Or do I need to get a HFC?
Many thanks!

Many thanks! Its an automated OBDII test they run. So if the system doesn't find cats or doesn't see their status as ready, you wont be able to pass emissions no matter which shop you go to.

Update: I have passed my emissions test!!
The reason why I did not pass the first time was because I took it to a physical Audi Dealership and they looked under the hood and physically saw the test pipe.. I contacted Brink Motorsports and they said they could give it a try but their hours didn't quite line up with my work hours so I found a place that was closer that I took the car to while at work. There they plugged in the OBDII and found no faults or cat delete[up]
Take away... you can run JHM test pipe and tune in Texas;)
