Hey peeps, figured I'd make a thread on here to keep everyone in the loop. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary on my build, but it's been a ton of fun and it keeps me busy. I bought her back in May 2013 and instantly gave her the name of "Rosie the Red Beast". I didn't get the "mod" itch for a little bit but I've been slowly building her up over time. I don't have a camera so my pics are all taken with an iPhone unfortunately, but I'll include what I've got showing the progress of things. Now, on to the list! I'll update over time as I add more to it.

Thanks man! I actually got it on ebay, and it fits perfect and looks pretty damn good.

Yeh it looks sick on your car!
I have a fmic so it makes better airflow too with this grill, BUT I have thos front parking sensor(sonar) things, maybe possible to relocate them some how hmm..
How did you mount the plates?

Thanks! And do you mean the license plate? If so, it's with a bracket that screws into the tow hook. It works really well, and it's called a US Mill Works license plate bracket.

You can check it out here (http://www.usmillworks.com/). Plus, it's super easy to remove, you just pull out some pins and slide it out.

What did you use to hold down the rs4 side cover? I have one but there's no brackets to lock into

The engine cover? The one on the right side (in the picture) of my engine bay? If so, I just pushed it down and used the little rubber lips where it meets and folded them over on it. Didn't seem like it'd fit but with some patience I got it to work.

I bought my cover off someone on the forum. Only had one rubber grommet. Looks like it has three points where it should hold to the car.

What size spacers are you running?

Yeah mine is from a B6.

I'm running 3mm spacers all around. It's a 19x8 wheel on 235/35/19. I might go out to 5 or 6mm all around.

Quick update from the weekend. Went out to Mercer Island to meet with another local AZ member, and had him help me do the clear corner mod. Turned out awesome.

I got the clear lenses from Phil and some chrome amber bulbs. It really finished off a clean look, and now my headlights look so much nicer.

Shout out to @Quattro 4 Life (Tyler) for taking the time to help me. It was a pleasure meeting you, and I really appreciate you doing it!

Thanks man! I do love the brilliant red, but some other audi colors are definitely gorgeous. When I eventually get my wife a Q5 or SQ5 I'm gonna be torn between a few!

Haven’t done much over the past year, but I did hit 100k miles on my way home from Leavenworth last week. Going 75mph on Blewett Pass and trying to take a pic was annoyingly difficult! Lol

I see your brake pad warning light is on, check your sensor plug connections, my driver side was disconnected, which gave me the light. If you do in fact need pads, I bought a set (front and back) from ECS before I checked my connectors, my pads are fine, so they need a good home...

Yeah it's my sensor. I got them checked out at a local shop and they have plenty of life left. I just need to get a new sensor, but my next oil change is coming up soon so I'll get it done at that point. Thanks though man!
