Help my engine is making some weird noise

Hey guys I'm new to this forum I would like to share a few videos that I made and hope someone can help me out or had the same experience. So I recently bought an Audi s4 2013 it has now 74000 miles on it it's been 3 months and 2500miles later the car used to make occasionally start up chain noise which people say it's normal and can't cause any harm to the engine but now it's almost every time I start my car after 10 or 15 mins it dose that and a few weeks later the chain started rattling while driving and now it's making some kinda tapping noise.

Update
So I took it to the stealer ship and after one week of diagnostic and many $$ they said it's a sign for the engine mount that is going bad so I will update more with the part number and what exactly has been done

Update 9-15-17
The engine mount is finally throwing a code so I can take it back to the dealer and get it fixed I put a pic of the code

To me, it sounds like something loose on the exhaust. But I'm listening to it over my iPad

I don't think it's the exhaust it's only on slow speeds that noise and I kinda hear it by the cam chains. I have an appointment at the dealership on Saturday he said it will be for Monday to check up

Sounds like a exhaust/heatshield rattle.
