I don't mind the wheels as much as I dislike the yellow calipers. theys should be either red or brilliant black (better).

But seriously, isn't it amazing that Chevy built an $80k car that can beat it to 60 and keep up with it in the 1/4 mile!?

Not that amazing, unless you think that finding the maximum volume of a Corvette engine bay, then scaling-up the engine they've been dicking around with since 1957 to equal that theoretical max 'amazing.'

I'm kidding. I think the Z06 is kinda cool. Not a lot of science and trickery in it, though. Amazing is the last word I'd use.

I find it amazing that Ariel can build a car faster than the Z06 or GT for less than $60k (much less depending on how you spec the car).

And the whole yellow caliper thing is for the carbon ceramic brakes throught the Porsche lineup. It might be a little ostintatious but at least in the lower models it makes it easier to pick out buyers serious about driving and those buying the car for the name.

and i can build a car faster than all of those in the quarter mile, for under 8 grand, but it will still be a honda civic and that still is a fucken PORSCHE CARRERA GT, i heard one in a tunnel in downtown LA it sounded sooo fucken beautiful, music to my ears.

carrera gt traps like 10 mph faster then the Z06 in the 1/4, thats not keeping up, the z06 is as fast if not slightly faster then a stock gt2.

especially when you keep in mind the fact that its like 1/3 of the price or sumthin

but of course, its got nothin on the GT... imean, the Carrera GT is definetly in my opinion, the hottest supercar out there in its category (F430, Murcielage, Zonda)
