Hey guys, prefacelift DBC 1999 Avant 1.8t AEB. Have a pretty major air leak coming from a hose under the intake manifold. I'm kinda confused about ETKA and don't really see any identification number on this hose. It does connect to the side of the intake manifold and into the block it seems. Any help identifying it is extremely appreciated

Awesome, thanks!

Crazer...I just went through the fixing the same problem...I would suggest using this instead...

Also, might as well pick up some vacuum lines and check valves...since that plastic elbow broke, good chance you have some other bits under there that have gone bad as well.

034 kit is nice, and probably easier to install due to its flexible nature.

At the very least, you will probably need a few more parts. Like the o-ring for that plastic pipe, and the 3-way PCV valve housing and some clamps. Basically, the stuff in this kit:

Thanks guys I ended up going with a similar kit to the ECS one on FCP due to the lifetime warranty. But 034 would've been nice if it was in the immediate budget. Next time maybe.

Would be a good idea to clean out your PCV valve when you transfer it. Just spray out with carb or brake cleaner. Maybe rinse with water after as it is made of plastic.
