i have been having a lean issue up top at high RPM's under full boost, lean issues all over with a lot of hesitation. I decided to re-do the fueling system and decided to go with a ATP 255LPH fuel pump, new Fuel Filter, ECS tuning AFPR, and new o2 sensor to hopefully fix this issue. (no codes were thrown and computer didn't tell me much) My A/F guage is the AEM UEGO gauge, and i know the gauge isn't off cuz it feels like it is running like shit. well anyways my problem is i am in the middle of changing the fuel pump, and i got to the pump, disconected the proper lines, now i jsut can't get the pump out of the tank. In my hanyes service manual it says to twist it counter clockwise 15 degree's, but the damn thing will not budge. does anyone have any advice or techniques how they got there's out?also if anyone has any pictures of the process that would be awsome. -zack

There is a special tool that would make the job easy... Should be a write-up on Audiworld...

You need the tool or just really have to turn it very hard.

i would have looked at the fpr and injectors before pulling the tank.
