Right now I'm running the k04-015 file. Will the tiptronic hold up to the pc-16 file? Or should I get a valve body upgrade from level ten? My car has 105k miles on it now.

I really don't think any of us has that answer. You will need to decide for yourself.

OutkastSL is running a PC-16 setup with a Tip. I think everything has been okay for him so far (but only so far).

yup, i had some issues after i did flushed the tranny and rear diff oil, but now, after a few thousand miles on the new fluids, it's running great. the tip is handling the pc-16 file with no problems and i have more miles than you, i'm at 131,xxx miles.

i plan on upgrading to the level ten valve body in january/february so i can go big turbo, i just picked up a t3/t4 super .50 trim with 360 cartridge ball bearings. i can't wait!!!

OutkastSL: Quit spending your cash on other crap and save for that Level 10 VB! And quit this January/February stuff, it's early January for the VB.[:p]

well the t3/t4 is only $50!!! [:D] [wrench] it's got a scarred turbine shaft and it's needs to be rebuilt. my friend is rebuilding it for $200 including parts...so $250 for a ball bearing super .50 with .48 a/r (originally .63 a/r but i want a faster spoolup) [:D]
