Living in a state that requires a front license plate, I wanted a solution where I could easily take the plate on and off, and not destroy the look of the car. I picked up the STO N SHO model SNS58A which claimed to work for 2014-2016 model years, but it didn't quite work without modification.
Fortunately there is no drilling required, just remove the center Torx screw. The stock screw that comes with the mount has this huge washer and bolt head, which removes like another 1/4" of clearance. The mount already has a recess drilled in, so I replaced it with a #12 1-1/4" stainless steel machine screw.

The license plate mount has rods that slide into the mount, and a pull pin locks into a cutout slot. Unfortunately, the slot is in the wrong location. The plate mount runs into the front diffuser about 1/4" before the slot reaches the pull pin. So, I had to Dremel in a new slot at the right location.

Now it all fits and looks great.

It's super easy to get on and off, and can be stored in the wheel well when not in use. It does take up a bit of clearance since it hangs down below the front diffuser.
