So i picked up CPO RS7 couple weeks ago, with only 25k miles on it.
Recently took it to dealer because of insane vibration over 70MPH, dealer calls me back says all 4 wheels bent! That is insane!!

Few question for Audi experts, i come from BMW M5 previously, had Aftermarket wheels 20" inch, one piece forged wheel with 10,000 TONS of pressure, made in Italy paid about 8k for them, never had any problems, never been bent, now i got RS7 driving same roads same style, but now this happens, anyone knows how rs7 wheel made? are they that bad that can't withstand harsh NYC road? I hope note... Another thought they sold me the car with already slightly bent wheels and i killed them even more.

Thank god i got wheel and tire protection, anyone had experience? Will they cover this, are they going to replace them or repair them?
Thanks for any advise

my understanding of that plan is if they cant fix (which they usually can't repair a bent cast wheel) they replace.

imho wheels were already fubar when you bought it. those oem wheels are pretty solid but you have also posted about driving over potholes and not feeling it so perhaps you've just hit one too many.

are the wheels OEM? maybe a cheap aftermarket rep?

Car must have been driven pretty hard, previous owner, to bend all four wheels. OUCH. I wonder, was this car, CPO (Certified pre owned)? If CPO, I can't imagine them missing, 4 tweaked wheels. Hopefully they just replace them for you.

Wow. They had to have come that way when they sold it to you, if you've only had the car a couple of weeks. you would know if you had done it to the car.

Second, my thoughts exactly. Normally Audi wheels are bomb proof. Never bent an oem wheel on the 9 Audis I've owned on shitty Colorado roads.

Exact same thing happened to me. Picked up my CPO RS7 approx. (5) weeks ago and after two (2) weeks of driving I started to notice a bad vibration between 68-80mph. To be honest though, I wasn't surprised; I commute on the NJ Turnpike daily and have RUINED wheels and tires over the years. The only true solution I have found is to swap out the OEM 21" wheels w/ a forged alternate. If you want to stay OEM, I suggest looking at the forged 20" sport wheels. For reasons I don't understand, Audi does not use forged rims on all RS models...My previous BMW 550i was plagued with wheel/tire problems, while my M5 & M6 (forged M wheels) have never had an issue.

Oh and BTW -- Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear reported this issue in his review of the Audi RS7...

"This is not the best-looking car in the world — not by a long way — and it developed a terrible vibration as the weeks rolled by. Plus, whenever you employ full beam, there’s a theatrical sweep of light that is dramatic and clever but not instantaneous. Which is what you want.

And that’s it. That’s my list of things I didn’t like. Everything else is just brilliant. "

wow I live in NJ and have hit my share of potholes and both my stock 21's and my 20 Hartmans for winter have absorbed them all well. It been almost 18 months

Yes wheels are OEM, car CPO that shouldn't be happening, now looking back i do remember very little vibration, but didn't really pay attention much, thought its just uneven road, but then its started even worse when i took to dealer to get it checked out.
At this point i have doubts if its really been checked out fro CPO or they just claimed CPO and didn't do any checking, could that be possible? Brakes are kind of soft too, have to push the brake pedal all the way to make a full stop, feels weird.
