Bent my AEB valves, have a spare ADR stock head.

Are the ADR intake/exhaust valves good as-is, being that the exhaust valves are solid? Or would they just drop like stock AEB valves or be even worse than AEB valves?

Planning on either using the complete ADR and transfer the Supertech springs from the AEB or use the AEB and transfer valves from ADR. Or use ADR intake valves + Supertech exhaust.

Are other valves any good? Osvat TRW Rein etc?

Osvat is just fine. Good affordable replacement for the sodium filled ones. Unsure of ADR.

If you go supertech get the Inconel at a minimum unless you plan on never making more then 300hp. I had one of the black nitride break after start up of a rebuilt motor and after speaking with supertech found out that the black nitride is a not performance based valve. I was actually told the stock valves were better (with the sodium filling) for a performance build then the black nitride.
