Hello guys,
Have anybody been using this without a problem? The Haynes manual states D3 is the minimum requirement and I found out that Toyota sells them comparatively cheap compared to ZF or VW.

Pretty sure I used Redline in my allroad, not sure which one though.

If you're going to do something off the path (ie: not OEM or Pentosin ATF1), I'd at least go with something that is synthetic and claims to meet spec. Max Life seems like a good choice.

Thanks all fro your replies. I agree with walky. The manufacturer needs to at least declare the spec compatibility. Since toyota does not have that, I will ditch that option.

I used Maxlife before my manual swap, it works great and is cheap.
