Hey guys,

I pulled my 710N, and how do i check if it's bad. I've heard about sucking on it or something.

push in on the diaphram, and then with your thumb, cover the small hole at the top. If the diaphram stays pushed in, then it's still good. If the diaphram moves back to it's original position, it's bad.

thanks, one more question,

what is the correct way to install it, not inverted.

Does the end where you can see the diaphram (gold flappy looking thing), which is in line with the vac nipple go into the hose that runs to the turbo, or other way around?

Checked my dv, when i push the diaphram in, and hold the thumb, it goes back down about 50-70% of the way, then it lets relases fully when i let my thumb off. So is that acceptable or bad dv for sure

i think it's bad. on mine, it stays all the way up without going down one bit.

inverted from stock 710A for the best boost. but i recall kompressed saying how it's better for the diaphram if you install it like the 710A....but you'll probably boost lower..

i forget which lines go which. search, i guess....i'm sure it's been discussed a lot.. =)
