Single point rattle under dash (behind cluster)

I have what sounds like a loose screw (not only in my head), but existing behind my guage cluster, right near the top of the dash. It doesn't always come lose, but sometimes when it does, it makes a lot of noise when going over bumps, or just rough road.

Its hard to describe otherwise, but its a loose piece of plastic or metal, like a screw, but it comes loose and rattles around. I can tap on the top of the dash behind the cluster at the edge of the lip area, and when I tap, it rattles. So its right under the surface. Is this something I can take in when I get my 30k service shortly so they can fix it? It is still under warrenty.

I had the same exact thing, every time I closed my door or hit a big hump it made boing or rattle sound. They said it was some kind of bracket that had come loose. Dealer fixed it once and hasnt come back since.
