Your not having good luck with shipping. Just a note for the future if you have anything thing that can break cushion the hell out of it. It is worth the few extra shipping dollars to be able to be free of having to deal with the shipping company afterwards.

FedEx is the worst when it comes to safely handling packages.

What can brown do for you?

Well for starters they broke a few gauges i had shipped to me.
broke a sturt bar in half on one of my old cars (solid 20mm). Hmm, they must have drove over it with one of their big jets or something

Starting..the bumper was insolated with carboard and wrapped multiple times in platic....the ends of the bumpers were molded with cartboard like a box..but for ABS platic to break under all that takes a lot of force...

UPS broke my new cell phone. The damn flip part was bent. I've never had anything broken when FEDEX delivered it.

seems like everytime i ship a package fedex, they break or loose my package. I always go UPS

When I get bumpers from suppliers they come freight in a box the size of a normal fridge. There is a reason. I can't really say anything as I haven't seen your packing but the majority of damage is due to packing, not the shipper. I'm a fedex man myself. I used to use ups but fedex is faster and/or cheaper.

i was gonna send it in a giant box but i had to send eurotuneds bumper in that one instead...none the less..for a abs plastic bumper to be broken when its covered in cartboard and wrapped up in plastic still has to be a hell of a hit

wrapping it in plastic doesn't seem like it would do anything. It's more important to either use something to fill the void w/ a large box or pack tight if using a small box. Foam at the ends of the bumper comes to mind. when you say abs what bumper are you referring to?

Just wrap the shit out of it and put "fragile " all over it. It'll at least make them think twice before throwing it around than regular packages.

some how when i do that on my suitcase the airport throws it around exta hard. like they are trying to break it, esp to my golf clubs
