It's been a hard choice as I had my heart set on a set of Wald Portofinos, but 20's are just starting to look too small on this car. Going with these in 22x9.5 with 2" lip in front and 3" lip in rear wrapped with 285/25-22 rubber.

20's look small on this car and with a multi-piece wheel they look even smaller. 21 is ideal, but there are so few choices to go with. 22's are a little over kill, but the offset will fill the wells perfectly and I'll fine tune the ride height for pleasing optical asthetics.

nice house, nice car....btw do you have the champion exhaust? how does it sound? did you get your new wheels on yet?
Liam@TheGallery
02-09-2006, 05:27 PM
First round with the exhaust (x-pipe, no mufflers and two 4" resonators) produced a really nice sound under load from the outside, but left a horrible droaning inside the cabin from 1500 - 1900 rpm. Waiting on a custom center muffler to arrive that will hopefully eliminate the one small area of the rev range that is unbearable.

Wheels will be on in a few months - A snowbird crunched the front of the car a couple days before Christmas and won't be going to the body shop until the end of this month. Def don't want overspray on them.

I'm guessing your business is developing. I've driven by that house a couple of times, very interesting. Exhaust sounds nice, sounds like that of the Red S4 from Champion, but not quite as exaggerated. By the way, if you plan on putting a metal roof on any of those upcoming projects, shoot me a PM.

Hello AtlasD3Miami, what line of business are you into because I am a business owner myself and I love talking business' aspects as well (even though we all have a secret of our own of running business [;)] ). I'm looking into an S8 as well as RS4 since I am an Audi fanatic myself. But first is to build my business bigger in order to afford these necessy with tremendous cashflow coming in in the near future. By the way gotta love the 22" on the A8. I just absolutely love those A8's and S4's but preferably waiting on the RS4 since I know it is a waiting list. Will be looking into a Porsche 997 TT as well a collection of Saleens. These are the 3 manufacters that I just adore the most in my life other than my loving son from my ex-girlfriend and my loving wife. [:D]
