Engine noise after sitting for 3 months

Hey guys so my car was sitting for 3 months and finally got it running. Replaced the valve cover gasket yesterday and it just is running really rough any suggestions? There are codes that pull and I'll attach a photo below also if what they are.https://vimeo.com/201483731
