Man what a beautiful car! Those wheels kill the looks a bit. Imagine the performance figures it would put down with some 20s instead of those 21s!
IIRC he needed 21s to clear the ceramic calipers.

I like the wheels...
But this was more about an S6 doing 0-60 in less than 3 seconds and the sound than the looks.... [up]

Audi NA HQ car with over 600hp testing on the S6/S7 current platform!
Few of us already have known this, but for the masses it seems that any fears how much power the 7spd DSG can handle may have been answered. Just read between the lines[:)]
I see many Stage 3 installs this year......[:D]

They need to keep up with the new E63 S coming out this year or next year. Read article below they are putting out 603hp from the factory.

10k if you buy it directly from Audi, that's pre tax of course.

Interesting to note that launch control wasn't being used in that clip, though....or if it was, it must've been set to 2000 rpm...

My case was more for the S6 sedan. Either get an RS sedan version over here or up the hp which we know they can. Not everyone likes the humpback RS7.

I guess we'll have to see what Audi does. There's never been a C7 RS6 sedan, though - maybe when the C8 comes out?

I like the wheels on the red....just need spacers and I'd prefer to run without the drop...the normal Sport ride height for me.

Love the power that AMG puts down, but that interior. Ugh. Too busy for my taste.

Very nice Richi! I don't have the p vent gauge but just ordered a vbox sport last night. Hoping to record some 0-60 and 1/4 mile times on mine pretty soon.
Anybody have any experience with the vbox sports? I hear they are pretty accurate.

There are no sedan C7 RS6s in the world made by Audi. A few custom conversions here and there.

I have the VBOX Sport and found it most convenient to attach it to the moon roof. I used it with and without the external antenna and did not notice any difference in satellite reception. The only 0-60 comparison I have is to VCDS on different days but same stretch of road and the numbers were pretty much identical. However, VBOX Sport is much more convenient as you just record your whole trip and extract performance data later with their software. You can also get accurate instant reads through bluetooth connection to an Apple device but since my son always uses my iPad mini I have not used that functionality very often. I tried the same through Torque Pro on my Android phone but the 0-60 numbers were all over the place and not reliable at all. For my S6 with APR stage 1 ECU/TCU I measured ~3.5s 0-60 not using launch control but just holding the break pedal and pushing a little on the gas pedal before releasing the break. After I put my summer tires back on in the spring, I'll try some real launches and see what times I get.
