What exhaust manifold are you running?

What davdraco said, RAI tubular. I don't think they sell them to the public anymore, and are only built and installed in the shop by appointment.

I was lucky to find this one in the classifieds

So what's the best off the shelf EFR manifold now other than Full Race?

I believe there is a company out of the UK that builds tubulars for EFRs, I think their name is JVD?

The Pag Parts cast VBand manifold is probably the best off the shelf option.

Ahh yes I've definitely looked at the PAG Parts manifolds. Never heard of JVD. I'll have to check that out. Thanks!

Your engine bay is looking amazing as always btw...

Look up a group on Facebook called "Audi Performance Builds & Projects". Someone just posted one for sale. 700$ NIB. I thinks it's a big port.

I've contacted PAG Parts about the manifold and they indicated it is not sold separately from their kits unfortunately..

Thanks for the tip. Could be useful in the near future. I'm directing attention on other things right now, but will be looking for one soon. Doesn't help that I've recently deleted my facebook either.

Oh shit, yeah I forgot about that. Any T25 B1 frame EFR will work on an APR manifold

Thanks man. Got some small kinks to work out and get some revisions from Dave but overall it's smooth! On the base file with a capped n75 duty I've seen 290 g/s in the logs. Lots of room to grow on overall boost curve and timing.

Definitely will be running at 25 psi. After looking at the compressor map more I think 27 is still pretty reasonable peak pressure with a taper to 25 at red line. Yea, definitely need more timing.

I noticed Dave will tune up to the GTRS, but I wonder if he would do a 2871? Might find out if I go that route. Would save a ton on the tune for the $100.00 upgrade.

And the 750's would be fine on 91 I'm guessing...

This is tempting, I agree, but I do not have the balls to do it.

How would you go around this reaching 35 psi?

Yea he will. Gt2871 just has the larger compressor wheel but is still in the same upgrade category.

I'm still using my 550s with the full frame 2860 so I'm sure your 750s will work great!
