Given that the Phillips are $25 more for a pair, and both are 4300k which company would you pick.
I heard xenon bulbs are xenon bulbs when it comes down to it
Thanks

Right... i have never been one to give a flying fuck about my headlights. As long as they work, i couldn't give a feck what they are. Now, I was under the impression that the mlights on my 99.5 were projector headlights. BUT they look the same as HIDs...So, what the feck is the difference between HIDs, projecters, and xenons? I am confuddled to fuck, and my brain is seeping out of my ears... Forgive my ignorance, as I am OK at most other stuff, but lights are the very bottom of my knowledge base...
Cheers

xenon/hid headlamps use less wattage to create more light output(lumens) with less heat and at a hotter color(kelvin). Thus they are closer to natural sunlight in intensity.

projectors are used to focus the light. whether or not you have them will have nothing to do with having HID lights. many cars both with HID and without have projectors.

well different hid bulbs are used depending on if you have a reflector or projector housing. They have a different focal point and so on
