I have a 2005 allroad with the IPP arm modification and also raised another 10mm up using 402 mod. I am wondering what is the largest possible tire size to run without needing modification. I am using the stock 17" wheels with a 15mm spacer all around. Currently I have 225/60/17. Was wondering if it's possible to run a 245/70 or 245/75?

Too big with out extensive mods. I'm running a 225/75/16 on mine with the 402 mod and the IPP sensor arms with 20mm wheel spacers, and it rubs on level 3 in tight turns, and only on my raised level 4 is it free and clear (edit: after trimming the fenderwell). Level 1 is unusable with this setup, BTW, as the fenderwells will sit on the tire. You can check out mine in my signature for reference on details, but here's a side shot on level 3:
