Has anyone else with p3 gauge
Ran into the air intake temp not reading on the gauge?
Mine just reads 0° all the time.
I have watched videos on setting this thing but can't find anything for the intake temps.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Happy new year everyone☺

Mine also reads 0! Let me know if you find out how to reset it.

It's been a while since I installed mine, but I remember something was displaying 0 until I configured the Car Selection setting on the gauge (maybe it was air temp?).

There are instructions on how to go into config mode and set the car type at the bottom of the page with all of the install videos at http://www.p3cars.com/install. The B8 S4 is "Car.3" for the Car Selection setting.

Maybe that'll fix it?

go into config, and select car C.

you are probably on default car a. or car.b

which is 2.0t and i don't remember which is the other one

but you'll want to go car. C.

which fyi , air intake temp on the p3 is actually not reading air intake temp, it's actually reading ambient air sensor ( trust me on this) i checked and confirmed, via vagcom

p3 programmed the air function to read , but they picked the wrong field to display , unfortunately they've yet to change the field to read from actual air intake temp

Yes
Thanks a bunch brotha
It's now working!
Definitely a bummer that it's not reading the correct IAT temp
But nonetheless you got me setup.
