I found a really good deal on a set of Bridgestone Blizzak WS80s on craigslist. They are 235/65/R17 from a Q5, still sitting on the rims from the Q5. Would these fit on my C5 A6? I currently run the stock 205/55/R16 on factory suspension. Any help would be appreciated as I really would not want to buy them and them ending up not fitting. They have the same 5x112 bolt pattern, so I know the trims will fit on but I am more about the tires clearing the wheel wells and not rubbing.

Go to willtheyfit.com and plug in the dimensions and it will calculate it for you.
But I don't think they will.

This is what I got....not quite sure what to think of it.

Jesus, 235/65?! No, those won't fit. Rolling diameter is WAY higher.

Definitely not.
I have those same diameter tires on my Allroad, they measure out to 29", whereas your stock tires measure out to just under 26" in diameter. Big difference. I can only run them with my air suspension height mods and wheel spacers. Even at that, they still rub at full steering lock on level 3, and only are completely clear on my suspension level 4, which is much higher than a stock Allroad can go, let alone an A6.
For reference of the tire size at suspension level 3 (I have mine on 16's):

The diagram on the left is showing you old vs new fitments, so you can see how much taller the new wheel will be. It won't work, which is all you really need to know. There are always good winter wheel deals around, albeit not so much at this time of year. If you can get through this winter try looking in the spring or summer for the best deals.
