Hi All,
How often do you re-grease the bushings on your upgraded rsb? Main reason for asking is that I plan on upgrading but can't decide on 034 vs eurocode, obviously with the 034 and their design with the grease fittings, it would make re-greasing much easier compared to EC where you'd have to unbolt the thing and "replace" hardware each time.
Please list:
- sway bar supplier:
- Time interval before it starts making noise (thus requiring grease application):
- Type of end link:
Thanks!

I've had the full Eurocode setup for 2 yrs. I had some minor squeaks like 6 months ago....took it in and they regreased and I've been squeak free since. It wasn't a big deal at all really.

I have the 034 and I love it! If your planning on just the rear 034 is made to work with the factory front bar.
Never a squeak

The H&R bars come with completely greaseless bushings. The Hsport bars come with zerk fittings.

I was in the same shoe yesterday but ordered EC sways as I read overall good reviews. I will be using factory links. Trying to find H&R bushing and put those on EC bars to be maintenance free.

For $80 dollars you should get the Moog links for front and rear ...The stock ones are plastic! I was gonna keep stock, then saw the stock ones and decided to spend another $80 on the Moog links and do it once. Buy once, cry once is what I say... Good luck!

I have the EC F&R sways and end links . They have only been installed for 4 months but so far quiet. I'm hoping the stay that way thru the winter. The end links have dust/grease boots, but they were optional because EC is based in CA and they don't require the same protection in their climate... I almost opted for the 034 who has beautiful milled brackets and grease fittings which would make maintenance simple.

I had front and rear Eurocode sways and end links on my 2010 (without the boots) and after a couple of winters here in WI they made a lot of noise. If/when I go with aftermarket sways on my 2015 I will be going H&R and Moog end links. I loved the feel of the Eurocode setup, but in my experience they aren't the right equipment for extreme winters.

I am a Wisconsin guy myself - a little trick i learned a long time ago - wrap the sway bar in telflon tape where the bushing will go - that makes a huge difference and makes the sway bars silent.

Good advice, thanks! How do you like your Moog end links?
Ah, Phantom Black Pearl. My 2010 was PBP, now I'm Daytona Gray. Every time I see a pic of my old car, oh how I miss her.

I love the Moog end links - they are full metal and built 100 times better than the stock plastic end links. In Wisconsin, I would not recommend spherical end links for a s4 that is driven in the snow and EVIL salt ...You are just asking for issues. I have spherical end links on my 2003 cobra, but that is just a summer only car. phantom black pearl is amazing, when clean ...Hard to keep clean in winter, but I do have a heated garage and water in my garage so the s4 gets a handwash every week during the winter [emoji2]

My H&R bar has been in for 5 years. No maintenance. No noise. Greasing not required.

about 3 years on the EC sways and endlinks, greased everything up once. every once in awhile I get some noise, but it doesn't bother me enough anymore to continue to regrease. #becauseracecar

Does anyone make a fastener kit I can buy? Installing 034 RSB w/Moog this winter. I don't see any kit on ECS.

I went with the 034 bar and 034 endlinks. There is some significant "knocking" sounds as a result of using their endlinks. So be warned if you use their endlinks but the bar is a good choice.
