View Full Version : B5 suspension

I read on some other threads that the B5 S4 suspension would actually somewhat increase the height if swapped onto a B5 A4. (because the S4 is heavier than the A4). Anways, I was thinkin about buying the stock sport suspension (springs and struts) from a 2001 S4 to put on my 1996 A4 2.8 Quattro.

*my bad, i want to lower my car, but read that swapping the s4 suspension would do the opposite, which is what i am wondering.**

I'm trying to do the swap this week, if possible, so let me know soon whether or not to do it.

why do that when you can atleast buy springs.

I have the factory sport suspension, I like the ride for street use. I am thinking about getting the grooved ecs bilstiens to lower the car and keeping the stock sport springs.
