Just a little background before the big question......
I have a 98 frontrack with factory NON-sport suspension. Yesterday I had a new suspension installed. After perusing this board for what my wife seems an eternity, I opted for the Koni sport kit from PureMS. (Great service from Mike) Anyway, my drive home was not as I had expected.....going from non-sport to Koni may have been too much. I wanted stiff but comfortable. I have them set at 50 front/ 60 rear.

Will this setup "plush-up"? OR should I remove them and set them at a lower damping? I know they will "settle" in the next few hundres miles, will that make a difference?

It won't "plush-up", but you probably will. When I first drove my car with the new suspension, I was thinking like you: oops, a little too much. But honestly after a while you will get used to it. You will change a lot more than that suspension ever will. I don't really mind mine at all anymore. It's just a big change, give it some time.

What type/size of tires do you have? How old are they? I have to have my PSS9's damn near all the way soft, with 235/45/17's, and my ride is still kinda bumpy. But oh-well, you do get use to it.

I'm running stock 15inch non-sport with 4-month-old Kuhmo ECSTA 716 in 195/65-15
Not exactly what I would consider stiff, may be my only saving grace when it comes to this suspension set-up...

Drove it about 130 miles today....ass already getting used to it, more than last night anyway.

The springs are the ones from the Koni kit. My impression in talking with Mike at PureMS is that they are Vogtland springs made for Koni and painted blue rather than maroon.

I'd have to put a five point harnes on the bed to facilitate that maneuver.
