Neither. If you haven't joined the C5 group on Facebook, do that. There's also an allroad group if you have one of those. I got remotely tuned Aaron Walizer (Stuklr) and so far it's been great! There are a few different guys out there, but I think that's the way to go. Plus they can code out those pesky EGTs and SAI (if you have it).
