RS Grill Feedback

I recently ordered an RS Honeycomb grill from Amazon for my 13' S6. Overall, good product for a great price. I was initially concerned as this was one of the lowest priced versions that i witnessed. The glossy black matches the brilliant black bumper and front end perfectly. I was not crazy about the chrome trim on other versions in the market.

Arrived quickly (3 days business days) and packaged very well. Even came with an RS6 badge :-).

BTW....One thing to watch out for is the proper fitting. Had to shave down roughly 1/4 inch of the plastic inner guides to get it to fit.

I for one would love to know exactly what needed a trim to fit correctly. This is one mod I am considering as well. I don't love the brightwork in my stock grill.

Regarding pictures, I would simply use one of the free web hosting picture services. They are dead simple to use.

It is hard to see but if you look at Pic #4 in the following amazon link (pic of the backside), you can see plastic lip near the "Quattro" logo on both sides of the grill. Those plastic guides needed to be shaved down a 1/4" to fit. I hope this helps.

Personally like different ones on different cars, I have the sepang blue on order and want the chrome edge on mine, however on say a black or white I prefer the blank edgy.
