2002 S6 Emission Issue

I'm having a issue getting my car smoged, the CEL isnt on and it doesn't have any codes. The Heated 02 shows readiness failed or incomplete and the same goes for the EVAP. I have changed the 02 sensors and the evap purge valve. I can test the purge valve with my VAG-COM and it passes the test. Any help would be great

Then the tune on there is from Daz and is a simple CAT efficiency tune because the CATs are gutted. EVAP would have nothing to do with it- that should be normal. 02 sensors should also work normally, it's just the CATs that are set to 'pass' by default.
The fact that the readiness won't (or hasn't completed) pass doesn't mean anything is wrong really, but you might need to do a couple sort of specific drive cycles. Start from COLD engine, drive normally until it's warmed up. It might want a FULL THROTTLE run and then normal drive again. And sometimes it has to be repeated a couple times.
That shouldn't effect EVAP though..that should pass no problem.

No its my black one, I sold it but it won't smog, your old car did just throw the CEL, secondary air injection
