Help:: Audi A6 C7 Upgrade MMi radio plus to MMi 3G plus

Hi everyone!! my Audi A6 C7 have Multi Media Interface radio plus with 6.5” screen color display. There are bluetooth, radio, 2 SD card, CD player and nothing more. In my country, they only do retrofit for BMW and Mercedes, i can not find anywhere for audi. So is it hard to do it by myself. i found this one on ebay.

how to install that? Do i need any harness? or just plug and play.
my english is not good, sorry for a bit hard understanding.
