Annoying "check engine" light

ok.......i only brought this car three weeks ago.
went through the car wash undercarriage spray and all, got home 'check engine' light starts flashing then stays on and car starts shaking like a 350 V8 chevy, then dissappeared in two days

last week, washed it again same thing...but now, everytime i go into a turn left or right (at speed) the f*&*ing light comes back on and the car starts to shake again.. ..feel like it is misfiring

Sounds like you are getting water into the engine/MAF housing. Open up the hood and make sure the airbox is fastened down tight and the air filter is in good shape.

cool, thanks for the info....i will check that out. i thought it may be a sensor or something under the car or that the coils are taking in water. when i drive aggresively through traffic and brake and go suddenly it does it again so........who knows
