S6 Center console removed and now A/C does not work

I just removed my center console in my 2013 S6 to change out my trim around the MMI. I had to unplug numerous wiring harnesses to remove he console. I ended up unplugging all the harnesses to the MMI, all the harnesses to the led lighting, the two 12v outlets on the rear, the Ipod connector and the rear A/C controls. I plugged everything back in and the A/C button lights up but only warm air is coming out. I am hoping this is just some easy reset that can be done. I am assuming it's because I disconnected the rear A/C controls. Here is what I gathered on a scan.
