Hey all quick one for you. I am considering getting into a different vehicle but curious what the enthusiast community thinks my car is worth.

29,500 miles
Audi care
Carbon atlas inlays
DSG w/ Sports Dif
Navigation
GIAC stage 1 tune and TCU software

Take it to your local carmax and see what they say...nada guide is usually about $1,000 above what carmax offers. Parts don't really add any value and that is the reason you see people parting out before selling.

Selling it privately or trading it in? The Carmax suggestion is a good one. They will give you a free quote (and also do a Carfax and Autocheck) but they will offer you auction value. You might be able to get a few bucks over that at an Audi dealer, and maybe a few thousand over that if selling privately.

Yeah I was questioning more the private party value. I have access to Manheim numbers so I can look at auction/wholesale but was more curious about selling it out right instead of trading.

Look here and see what value it gives you - http://www.blackbookportals.com/bb/products/usedcarhtmlportal.asp?color=o&companyid=thinkbank.COM
Mods don't add value. I would not mark it up based on mods. If fact I would not advertise the mods (unless listing here) - you will most likely deter the average person.

Yup: Pretty much agree with the above. I've got the same model, with right at 40K miles and CarMax just offered me a painful $28k. Local audi dealer offered $30k two days earlier. It's a reality check, that's for sure, if not a kick in the ____. lol
Best of luck man.

This was my experience when I sold my A5. Audi offered $2K more than CarMax. They listed it for $9K more than they paid me. Never did find out what it sold for though.

A private buyer is looking for this car in the classifieds. I sent him this thread

I took my 2014 S4 to CarMax and left very disappointed with their offer. My car is near mint and has 28k miles. They offered 32k. My car is stock although I don't think they will give you a dime for any of those mods. Private party is your best bet.
