I bought a short shifter from Neuspeed for my B7.
Now the shifter is really hard to move through speeds, I feel bumps and I really need to pull it to shif FAST. It is shorter but it is not better. I need the same amount of time to shift cause it is harder to do it now !

Is it gonna loose it up a little - later on? Do you have this kind of problems with yours short shifters? I don't know if it neuspeed's fault or it is supposed to shift hard when using a short shifter.

Can you recomend me a short shifter that will feel the same like the stock one?

I am thinking to go back to stock, I just lost that really really nice feeling of changing gears in my car. Is is not like an Audi anymore - more like a Subaru.

Sounds like you just havent adjusted it properly. My NS SS is super smooth never had any problems. It takes some time to get adjusted right, but once you get it dialed in its awesome!

It's gonna get better just buy driving it or I have to take it back to the shop who installed it to ajust it?

Try getting use to it before you uninstall.

when i first installed it, it felt super short and notchy. After about a week or so, it became much smoother and as smooth as stock, if not better.

So just hang on for a wait unless you think something is not alligned properly.

I can get into any gear with no problems; the only thing is that it feels far away from stock. I will call the shop on Monday to see if they can do something about it. And I will drive it for a week just to see if it gets smoother.

it's going to require a lil more effort because it IS a ss, but not so much that u should be struggling...think of it as a ratchet: it takes less effort to torque down on a ratchet with a long handle as opposed to short, but again, if it's REALLY bad, then u should go back through it and make sure everything is seated properly, and lube applied where needed
