Hey there guys, was reading into a thread posted earlier with a so-called solution but did not find the same symptoms.
I'm on the revo stage 2 tune. On stock I do about 13-14psi solid(no spike). And on stage 2 I'll spike to 22psi and taper down to 15-16psi and later just drop dead to 10psi(assuming fuel cutout or limp mode) when I do a 3rd gear pull @60mph
Now on stage 1 I'll spike to 21psi and taper down to 16psi. It will only hold 20psi under load by flooring the gas at lower rpms(3-4k) or from a dig. But after a while it'll drop back down to 10psi within 4-5 wot pulls.
I have to keep using my SPS switch to reactivate my tune to build boost again.
Already unplugged battery, activated stock, then performance mode(#2)
Fuel pump and cam follower are barely going to be a year old. Checked DV and taken apart, no tears. Always running 91 octane fuel or ocasional mix of 100 and 91(50/50)
Going to change my spark plugs this weekend to copper heads like I used to have to run on my B5 S4 with vast tune. Coils are the updated version.
No soft codes when scanned. Also used for a while a pcv block off plate but went back to stock pcv after many problems it caused with oil consumption and misfires at wot.
Anybody have similar symptoms??? All this has been done in hot and cold weather.
Also, i'm running catless DP and air box delete with a cone filter and an electric cutout after DP
