Caution NOOB Question - Launch Issue

Hello you wonderful lot!

I currently have a 2011 B8 Avant MT and not long had the MRC stage 2 tune (502bhp and 457ftlbs). I am also running the carbon ECS intake.

The issue I am having, is that if you give it a fairly aggressive launch, it will dig in shoot off and then pull back and then go again. It is very jolty. I have turned off the traction control as it had the same feel as when that kicks in.

Any ideas?

The clutch doesn't show any real signs of wear or slippage.

When you turned off traction control did you hold the button for a few seconds or press it once ?

Both ways... its really odd thou, even in the dry and warm roads it does it. hmmm I will try again with holding the button and report back.

Do you have access to VCDS? If so you could try doing some logging to see what the engine is doing
