I knew placing coilovers on a car with 100,000 miles was not going to be a 100% problem free experience but I had the Audi dealer comb over the suspension and was given the green light. Two months later the day I drove away with coils installed, I notice a vibration up front. Take it to a different shop and they find cv axel ends have too much play. Had those replaced and problem is gone! Two weeks later I know have the coilover squeaking sound. It is super annoying. Only seems to happen after the temps warm up and never in the early morning hours. You can manually bounce the car and the driver side makes creaking noise but passenger side makes popping noise. From what I have researched, It could be so many different things. Any additionally thoughts?

One thing to check are your wheel well liners. At slow speeds and turns, I was noticing popping sounds, including over bumps. Turned out the liner wasn't fastened up entirely and would catch on the control arms.

Had a squeeking/popping sound when I switched to air suspension, ended up being a missing rear away bar end link bolt. Doubt yours will be the same thing but if it is it is a less than $2 fix

Common problem installing front struts,ie coilovers is that the top nut that retains spring, perch etc is tricky to tension during install as its difficult holding the top shock rod and if not tensioned correctly all of the symptoms you describe are possible.I use a rattle gun.If you had a shop fit the c/o's surely get them to find the noise and [wrench] it.
