I just wondered if anyone else is waiting on a Roc Euro intake and has info about a projected ship date? Perhaps Roc Euro can chime in. Are they back in stock as of 4/15/16? I'm going on vacation for a while and need to know if the neighbors need to keep an eye out for a package.
Order# 10002011 (pending)
Order date: April 2, 2016.

Good luck, you should've added this to the other Roc shipping question threads. I wouldn't worry about getting it any time soon, so don't bother your neighbors.

Good luck...from all of the things I've read and the threads created on here about this exact issue...you'll be waiting a LONG time.

I guess I did not realize this is a historical issue. Thank you for the info.

You could have a CTS or ECS at your door before you go on vaca.

Good thinking...Roc Euro intake sounds sweet, but not worth the headache. Order yourself a different system and enjoy!!

I shot John an e-mail and a PM. Hopefully he's still with them. Sad, I loved the sound but I don't like to wait without any updates.

John is the owner so he's still there. Email and PM's have had bad return reviews for a while. You might get lucky but I suggest you call him twice a day until you get your refund. Check out the new ECS carbon tube intake. It's pretty sweet too. I had CTS and now have ECS and don't have any bad words about either.

Wow, that looks damn nice. Thank you for sharing. I might just have to pick that up instead. This is the problem with AZ. As soon as you decide on wheels, intake, etc. you see another photo and change you mind. I must have told the wheel guys to hold on 6 times while I decided. Still trying to decide! I will follow your advice. I don't mean to cause any problems with Roc Euro I just either want the intake like soon or a cancelled order. I wish I would have done more research but I saw people selling them for $360 and saw them for $315 on their website so I bit. I guess I know why they want $360 for it...because they have it ready to go.

Thank you! Good deal, unfortunately I want cancellation confirmation before spending a dollar. Hopefully this sale sticks around a while.

Lol I can't believe these threads are still popping up. People really need to STOP recommending the roc euro intake otherwise it'll be a never ending cycle.
OP pick any other open filter intake that's on the market and enjoy it [up]

Seen a million of these threads. Should've gotten a CTS. Same intake but you'll have it in a week

I had no idea when I bought it that the customer service was so terrible. Everyone said it was great including all the YouTube videos. Oh well.

Yep. They're notorious for that. I think they just don't have he man power to handle the amount of orders they get. They do have a quality product no doubt. But customer service ruins it

Another vote here for cancelling your order with Roc Euro and going with one of the competitors. CTS will give you similar sound and has better mounting provisions for the secondary air intake filter and heat shield than Roc Euro. ECS is overall a better designed system as far as filter and heat shield mounting go, but I find the sound that makes it into the cabin to be noticeably less than CTS. I had a problem with a CTS filter that partially disintegrated but I do not know whether it was an isolated case. The USP intake appears to be similar to Roc Euro and CTS but I have no personal experience with it to make any other judgements.
Both the CTS and ECS options are typically (and currently appear to be) in stock. If you have already contacted Roc Euro for a status update and/or refund with no response, it is time to file a dispute with Paypal and/or your Credit Card company and move on.

Actually the USP Motorsports intake is probably the best intake from an intake design aspect since it's stepped to a 4" filter.
In my research, I came up with USP Motorsports CAI as the top, ECS as the strong second contender tied with CTS (although I like CTS billet small filter holder lol). Customer service complaints pushed me away from Roc-Euro even though i have mass respect for them for helping her the CAI out on full force and helping lower the prices lol.
Anyways you should also consider USP, FWIW, big big air. I think it's also on sale for like a couple hundred.

It was about 2 weeks after I ordered mine that it was shipped. I hate to say it but be patient...

I waited 2 months! promises after promises, then all correspondence went dead.
I had to set up a paypal case and it ran right on to the final day before i got a refund. I then ordered the carbon ECS and i arrived to the UK in just under 2 weeks, and it sounds immense.
