Advice needed

My passenger front seat has Zero movement. Front, back, up, down, lumbar
Nothing. What could be the problem?

Did the electrical connector get unplugged or is the fuse bad?

I didn't know there was a fuse for each seat..

Fuse for the passenger is behind the kick panel close to where your right foot would be when sitting in the seat.
