I have a broken lid like many of us. My wife's 02' AllRoad armrest is more pleasing being adjustable. Are there other not stock options out there that would fit?

There are few after-market options as many here seemed justifiable. It depends on how much you love your car. If you're a purist and want something that fits, feels, and lasts longer than I'd say go with the original Audi (http://audihendersonparts.com/2008-audi-a4-cabriolet-gas_2.0_l_4-transaxle_automatic_cvt_trans_speeds-body_hardware-center_console-armrest_8E0864245P38M-item/) replacement part. If you're ok with mickey mouse stuff then go aftermarket.

No, the A6 lid is definitely larger than the A4's. Check ebay, they should be about 10-15 dollars at most.

I'm looking for the lid, compartment and mounting bracket for the part.. The whole shebang.
If I need be what works on the A4 B7 from other Audi models OEM (console and armrest)
