I know this topic has been butchered, but I'm considering trying this. Does anyone have any experience witth this? Any dangers of damaging anything? Also what kind of mix are you running?

I have been running a E85/91 mix for a year now, no issues at all. I am 100% stock though. I did it because the Arizona heat was turning my car into a Prius in the summer!
I at about 3.5 gal of E85 to every fill up.

I have 4.5 gallons of E85 mixed with 91 in my tank now. That's 27% ethanol. ((4.5 x .85) + (15.3 x .1)) / 19.8

Any mods?

Yes, lots, but none that are E85 specific yet. I'm APR stage 2 with a dual pulley. However, I'm switching to EPL in a couple weeks so I can run full E85. I just need to have the required hardware installed. It's sitting on my kitchen counter right now.

Yup, did it with my CW. Worked well, and was a nice security blanket against knock.

I've done it a few times myself - no issues doing ~4.5 gallons. Besides the CW Pro, only other performance item for me is an intake. I will state that there is definitely a difference.
Now, that said, FWIW - I had a JB4, intake, downpipe and exhaust on my BMW 335...once I started running e85 (about the same mix), I started running into issues with leaky injectors (where fuel would drip into the cylinder when the car was not running). I can't be sure if it was the e85 or not...just odd that it started happening once I started using this. That car was 8 years old...but heard of others running similar with no issues.

I've run E85 a few times with my chipwerke. Had no issues running 5 gallons mixed with the rest 91 but I recently put 6 gallons and threw a CEL. I think 4.5-5 is the right amount, nice bump in power too! Kept mine on the 3-1 setting even though I'm sure it's fine to run 5-1

I thought the tank was 16.1 Gallons?
