Which size do you think I should put on my stock 2015 glacier white S4. I plan on putting a 255/35/19 tire on either size. I dont like the stretched look and I feel that if I go with the 9.5 it will stretch the tire.

All depends on the tire, 255 on a 9.5 all depends on the actual tire width which all of them are different.

Not sure what you mean by this. Either way OP, if you don't like the look of any stretch at all then 255/35 will look best on a 8.5 wheel.

I recommend asking that question here:

I suggest looking at the fitment sticky. LOTS of information on there. JRan will point you in the right direction.
Things to consider, will you be lowered? do you plan on lowering if not? What look do you want (et XX?) And there is plenty of knowledge in there on the more common tires and how they look on wheel sizes.
When the tires go out, I am looking to do 19x9.5 et 45 or so w/ 265s I am not lowered and don't plan to until the suspension requires changing.
I had both on my glacier white, 19 x 8.5 on the front and 19 x 9.5 on the back using OEM contis. IMHO do 19 x 9.5 on 255 all around as 19 x 8.5 sits inside the wheel well too much.
And you will get some stretch but not much on the 9.5's.

255/35/19 Tread width
Hankook ventus V12 Evo2 Tread=8.7
Continental DWS06 Tread=9
Michelin PSS Tread=9.2
Yokohama Advan Sport Tread=8.3
Pirelli P zero Nero GT Tread=9.1
Toyo Proxes 1 Tread=10
You see what i mean? All of them are 255/35/19, but the actual tread is wider/smaller on different tires.

I am actually doing this now. I have 9.5 rims with 255 Blizzaks on there now and the stretch is very minimal. im putting Bridgestone Super sports on them at 255 also and we will see how it looks. I don't mind some stretch. I don't like crazy stretch it looks dumb.

9.5. 255 is barely a stretch. I have PSS, they have a rounder profile than most other tires anyway.

Stretch is not too bad IMO. And 8.5 will be too tucked in.

Has anyone weighed their CH-Rs? This is one option on my wheel list, but I don't want to buy anything excessively heavy.

if you're not a fan of the stretched look, def consider the 8.5. i have PSS's on a set of 9.5 wheels and recently just purchased 8.5 wheels to change the look. with that being said, i had Hankooks on another set of 9.5's (both 255's) and the stretch isn't bad, so tire choice will be important
not sure why people are saying the 8.5's will be tucked when you didn't mention the offset.. (except for d.p which had the wheels). spacers are always an option

X2 to all of it.
I have 275 pss on 9.5 and they look slightly more stretched than the stock setup of 255 on 8.5.
With no spacer and an et -45 the face of the rim was about where the stock rim face would have been with a 5-7mm spacer. No rubbing without the spacer, either.
You're best bet is to crunch some numbers of the current setup and whatever you're looking for (all specs can be found online with a little searching), compare the two, and you can be fairly confident where the proposed setup will be.

Bbs has all the weights on their website. They aren't the lightest wheel ever but they're fairly light and very durable. Great DD wheels tbh.

Stock conti's on 9.5" FF01's and the stretch is too much for me. I bought 9.5's with the plan to go to 265's when I run through the Contis.
Any reason you're not looking to do 265 on 9.5 rims?

On a 9.5 rim the issue I have on the ff01 is that it's a little to much poke and stretch on my current 255 tire

Yeah, I found their listing. Was just wondering if anyone has weighed theirs to see if the listed weights match.
