Service Shop near Springfield, MA or NE CT Area and 55K Service Question

Hello Folks -

As the title claims, I am looking for quality service at a reasonable price in the Springfield, MA or northeastern CT (around storrs) area. I am hoping to avoid dealerships, however if anyone has had good experiences with one in this area that could work as well.

My 2010 S4 is up for its 55,000 mile service. An additional question - this vehicle was bought with CPO status at around 42,000 miles within the last year - is it wrong to expect my 55,000 mile service to be on the cheaper end of the spectrum since I would ASSUME there shouldn't be as many issues with it?

Edit - I've seen elsewhere on the forums that Bobs in West springfield was once a good spot to go - does anyone know if that is still the case?

They are Audi Specialists (and a used car dealer) - they advertise that they'll beat any other service prices and the dealer by at least 20%.

I just had them do an oil change and a DSG Fluid Service = $475 out the door.

And they are super easy to deal with just call them - don't go anywhere else.
