Just curious to know whether or not a B8 passenger mirror will fit properly on the B8.5... My lovely neighbor let his wife drive his truck and swiped the whole thing off...

Auto dimming, aluminum, and no blind spot assist.

Just make them buy you a new B8.5 Mirror. Just have them buy what is damaged if you guys are good neighbors. you can piece the entire mirror out

have you looked at the price of the mirror, you will be surprised and your neighbor will be crying. yes they are the same.

As as far as I know, the B8 had 2 different mirrors. Those on the cars with memory seats were designed to tilt when trans was put in reverse. Those put on Prem + cars without memory seats did not tilt , but could be vagged to do so . I believe they are different part numbers.
