Is it safe to plug the N80 valve and then run the car any distance. I'm trying to diagnose a fuel/air trim issue that I mistakenly identified as an immobilizer glitch (link below). Clamping the line helped mitigate with my starting issues but I want to check that it runs okay during and after warm-up too. Will I cause more issues running with it clamped? Will it prevent me from doing any effective diagnosis?

That is the evap solenoid so you'd likely be fine.
