View Full Version : Is the sline suspension/ride heigh the same as sport?

i really dont' want to spend 3k on an apperance package. I don't really like the wheels, and the body kit doesn't do it for me. I just want the ride heigh, bc i doubt i will do any suspension mods.

The dealer told me it was different. The suspension that comes with the s line is lower than regular sport suspension.
My opinion though, it looks the same....I went with the sport suspension, because like you, I did not want to pay 3g's for all the s line stuff.

my dealer thinks its different also, but he also thinks his ultrasport suspeion is different than sport.
The audiwebsite says the sport package lowers the car. I gotta think its teh same.

Sometimes dealerships are the last place to go for information unfortunately. ETKA states it is the same. cheers! Mike

Like bhvrdr said, we need to check ETKA to know for sure, but IMO it's the same suspension.

I had the same question when that was posted. Apparently it is a database that holds schematics and part numbers, etc. for Audi and VW products.

Correct, it's the program the dealership uses to catalog and lookup parts.

I have the latest ETKA 6 with revisions and it appears they are the same. cheers! Mike

does either sport or s-line come with strut bar like the b6?? wondering as welding that in was only reason to get b6 sport, if you plan on suspension upgrades...
