What's yalls experience with this dealership?

It's where I bought my S5 from and at the time they were more than helpful. They have since replaced basically everyone who worked there from when I bought the car. I recently called in 2 separate times (2-3 days apart) trying to schedule service to buy a full set of tires from them. Both times I was told they would give me a call. Never received a single phone call and it has been a few weeks.[headbang] I ended up going to another shop my friend recommended and got a better deal than the dealership.

The time I took my S4 there, I had a great experience. I wouldn't pay dealer prices for tires anyways....

I had a similar experience, the reps are awful and the service department is a joke. They had no clue what to do its my rs5 for its 15k. They were all arguing and guessing until I looked it up on the Internet. Take it across the street to Ferrari if you want high quality and fair price. Or Zinkwerks is the best, just a bit of a drive to euless

That dealership is a joke. Jorge (the shop foreman) is the only good guy there that I can vote for. Other than that..nobody gives a shit about the customer. Audi Dallas is much much better. And talking indyshop- Blair Automotive is one of the best here!

I will second the above in every respect, except that I don't have any experience with Audi Dallas. FWIW, I also don't have experience with the sales department at Audi Plano. The service department, however, is an absolute joke. Jorge is great, as noted above. If you have to take your car there, demand that Jorge work on it. Blair is also great and has great prices.

Good thing about Dallas is that most of their SA's are great- Julie Richardson has been taking care of my cars since 2 years now, she is very customer oriented. Jorge's colleague Joseph is still the foreman at Audi Dallas. He is a great guy as well. Plus their Service manager George and Service Director Daniel, they know how to keep customers happy.
Plano- Jorge is as good as it gets but even he has to handle corporate pressure at times. They really need to get SA's that know this brand and are up to date with what's going on with Audi. It gets funny when a customer is writing a whole lecture educating them about stuff on your car. Sales was ok at Audi Plano before Autonation took over. Now the sales doesn't give a shit about selling cars- ask me how I know.

Okay...how do you know?

Another vote here for Blair Automotive. He's located in far West Frisco. He has the dealership diagnostic equipment. Just be sure to tell him if you're moded so there's no accidental TD1.

Both Plano & DFW dealerships have changed hands in the last year, and it seems they've both gone to shit ever since.

Anyone need to mod their VAG? [>_<] Come early to the dinner this Saturday at North Main BBQ in Euless.

That is all.

Well when the regional sales reaches out to the GM and asks them to contact me asap to check what car I am interested in along with the configuration- 2 sales people contact me. I give them what they asked. And then never hear back from them for 2 weeks? (When I told them that you find the car and I will come pick it up within 2 days). It does say a lot about their sales dept. Heck when I was cross-shopping, the Porsche dealership sales and GM reached out to me a few times even when I told them that I was not sure on the deal.
I talked to Ryan- he does have the dealership level diagnostic tools. But technically he wont be connected to AoA in anyway. He wont get reimbursed for any warranty work so he wont be doing that anyway. Nothing to worry about afa TD1 goes.
